We offer refunds, but not offer exchanges. Refunds are only accepted if the hair is unused and no products were placed on the hair. Customers have 3 days from when the order was received to return an item. Hair must be in its original packaging and returned the way it was received. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fee.
