BWH only offers standard delivery shipping through the United States Postal Service.
 
After your order is authorized and payment is verified, please allow 3-7 working days to process your order. This does not include weekends and holidays.
 
Tracking details will be provided once the package is shipped out.

We are unable to cancel or change orders after the item has been placed.
 
Make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If the information is entered incorrectly, please contact  BWH as soon as possible by email before your item is shipped.
 
If your tracking information states your package is delivered and you have not received your item, contact the United States Postal Service directly. BWH is NOT  responsible for packages that state DELIVERED.
