BWF only offers standard delivery shipping through the United States Postal Service.
After your order is authorized and payment is verified, please allow 3-4 working days to process your order. This does not include weekends and holidays.
Tracking details will be provided once the package is shipped out.

Each customer is responsible for providing their right and left eye medication as well as their CYL, AXIS and pupillary distance (PD). Any other special directions such as lens add-ons should be listed in the note section provided with your order.
Please note insurance DOES NOT cover eyewear cost. All eyewear is purchased out of pocket.
All prescription eyewear orders are final unless mistake is made by BWF. If so, please contact BWF at email@example.com. Once the issue is verified all items must be unworn, free of damage and have its original packaging to be eligible.
Each order comes with a drawstring bag and a micro fiber cleansing cloth.
Standard lens and Tint lens come with a anti-reflective and scratch resistant coating.
Blue Light Cut lens contain blue light and UV blocking in addition to the anti-reflective and scratch resistant coating.
Refund shipping cost is covered by the customer.
Make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If the information is entered incorrectly, please contact BWF as soon as possible by email before your item is shipped.
If your tracking information states your package is delivered and you have not received your item, contact the United States Postal Service directly. BWF is NOT responsible for packages that state DELIVERED.
